Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,344 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Regulation of synapse structural plasticity, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with TMPRSS13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS13-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS13 results are reported.
