TMPRSS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT25, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with TMPRSS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS13-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT25 grouped by TMPRSS13-low versus TMPRSS13-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
