TMPRSS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,029 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX2, SAP30, and SNAP23. Each is linked with TMPRSS12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS12-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
