TMPRSS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP7P3, OR1E3, and MIR1827. Each is linked with TMPRSS12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS12-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
