TMPRSS11A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOV, FSD1L, and SGPP1. Each is linked with TMPRSS11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS11A-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
