TMOD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,051 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP8, ZFYVE19, and IQGAP1. Each is linked with TMOD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD3-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD3 versus USP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
