TMOD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAEP4, SNRPCP15, and MIR6894. Each is linked with TMOD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD3-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAEP4 grouped by TMOD3-low versus TMOD3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
