TMOD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP8, AP4E1, and BNIP2. Each is linked with TMOD3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD3-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD3 versus USP8 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
