TMOD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, RSU1, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with TMOD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD2 versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
