TMOD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MEF2C, and ASPA. Each is linked with TMOD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD2 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
