Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,888 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Tubulin deacetylation, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with TMOD2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD2 results are reported.
