TMOD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, FAM107A, and SGCA. Each is linked with TMOD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD1 versus LYVE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
