TMIGD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMIGD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,350 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIGD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD163, FCGR1A, and NCF4. Each is linked with TMIGD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIGD3-to-partner and partner-to-TMIGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMIGD3 versus CD163 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMIGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMIGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
