TMIGD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMIGD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIGD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with TMIGD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIGD3-to-partner and partner-to-TMIGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TMIGD3-low versus TMIGD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMIGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMIGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
