TMIGD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMIGD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIGD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Fibronectin, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TMIGD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIGD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMIGD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by TMIGD2-low versus TMIGD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMIGD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMIGD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
