Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMIGD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,719 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIGD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of smooth muscle cell proliferation, D-ribose metabolic process, and DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly. Each is linked with TMIGD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIGD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMIGD2 results are reported.
