The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TMIGD1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMIGD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
LUAD are the cancer types where TMIGD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
