TMIE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMIE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-440P, PITX2, and CLEC1B. Each is linked with TMIE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIE-to-partner and partner-to-TMIE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-440P grouped by TMIE-low versus TMIE-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMIE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMIE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
