TMEM99

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM99 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM99-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, p62 Lck ligand, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with TMEM99 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM99-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM99 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by TMEM99-low versus TMEM99-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM99→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM99) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
