TMEM98

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM98 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,685 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM98-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, UTRN, and PTPN1. Each is linked with TMEM98 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM98-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM98 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM98 versus NRDC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM98→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM98) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
