TMEM98

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM98 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM98-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TMEM98 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM98-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM98 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by TMEM98-low versus TMEM98-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM98→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM98) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
