Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM98 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,059 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM98-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Respiratory electron transport chain, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TMEM98 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM98-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM98 results are reported.
