Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM92 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMEM92 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TMEM92 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM92 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where TMEM92 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
