TMEM91

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM91 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,775 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM91-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO3, DDX28, and MRPS7. Each is linked with TMEM91 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM91-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM91 results are reported.
