Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM91 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,535 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM91-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with TMEM91 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM91-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM91 results are reported.
