TMEM88

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM88 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,559 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM88-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, CAVIN2, and LAMB2. Each is linked with TMEM88 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM88-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM88 versus VWF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM88→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
