TMEM88

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM88 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,751 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM88-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PPM1F, and SH3BP1. Each is linked with TMEM88 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM88-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM88 versus SNRPD3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM88→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
