Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM87A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,210 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM87A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR1, TP53BP1, and ZFYVE19. Each is linked with TMEM87A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM87A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM87A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM87A versus UBR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM87A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM87A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
