TMEM87A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM87A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,730 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM87A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of mechanical stimulus involved in sensory perception of touch, Circadian sleep/wake cycle, and Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway. Each is linked with TMEM87A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM87A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM87A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Detection of mechanical stimulus involved in sensory perception of touch grouped by TMEM87A-low versus TMEM87A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM87A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM87A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
