TMEM86A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM86A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM86A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAGK, RIN3, and SNX29. Each is linked with TMEM86A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM86A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM86A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM86A versus NAGK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM86A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM86A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
