TMEM86A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM86A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM86A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TMEM86A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM86A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM86A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TMEM86A-low versus TMEM86A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM86A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM86A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
