TMEM86A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM86A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,400 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM86A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHNAK, DRAP1, and NMT2. Each is linked with TMEM86A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM86A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM86A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM86A versus AHNAK in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM86A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM86A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
