Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM86A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM86A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDX4 and PPEF2. Each is linked with TMEM86A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM86A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM86A results are reported.
