TMEM82

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM82-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTBP1, RNU6-1174P, and RNU2-50P. Each is linked with TMEM82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM82-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM82 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTBP1 grouped by TMEM82-low versus TMEM82-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM82→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
