Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM81 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,135 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM81-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with TMEM81 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM81-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM81 results are reported.
