Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM74 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM74-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P26, TUBB1P1, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with TMEM74 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM74-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM74 results are reported.
