Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM71 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,703 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM71-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MNDA, ARHGAP9, and PTK2B. Each is linked with TMEM71 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM71-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM71 results are reported.
