TMEM71

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM71 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM71-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, TFRC, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TMEM71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM71-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM71 results are reported.
