Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM70-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LACTB2, YTHDF3, and HGH1. Each is linked with TMEM70 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM70-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM70 results are reported.
