TMEM70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM70-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC1A, EMP3, and ELOC. Each is linked with TMEM70 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM70-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM70 versus CLEC1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM70→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
