TMEM68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM68-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, FABP5P13, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with TMEM68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM68-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by TMEM68-low versus TMEM68-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM68→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
