Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,288 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM68-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Anterograde dendritic transport of messenger ribonucleoprotein complex, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with TMEM68 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM68-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM68 results are reported.
