TMEM67

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM67-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12B, NBN, and PRKDC. Each is linked with TMEM67 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM67-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM67 versus RBM12B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
