TMEM67

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM67 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM67-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, LKB1, and CDK1. Each is linked with TMEM67 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM67-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heregulin grouped by TMEM67-low versus TMEM67-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
