Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,109 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM67-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Protein localization to non-motile cilium, and Protein localization to ciliary transition zone. Each is linked with TMEM67 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM67-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM67 results are reported.
