TMEM59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,350 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM59-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAP, FUCA1, and MLPH. Each is linked with TMEM59 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM59-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM59 versus DAP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM59→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
