TMEM59

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM59 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,801 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM59-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRC5C, DHRS3, and ATP6V0B. Each is linked with TMEM59 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM59-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM59 versus GPRC5C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM59→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
