TMEM59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM59-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-36P, RN7SKP286, and EXOC7P1. Each is linked with TMEM59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM59-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-36P grouped by TMEM59-low versus TMEM59-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM59→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
