TMEM54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,818 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM54-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRAS, PEF1, and COMMD4. Each is linked with TMEM54 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM54-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM54 versus HRAS in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
