TMEM54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAP2, KIAA1522, and KIAA1522_S545. Each is linked with TMEM54 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM54-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM54 versus STAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
